About ES&P
Our goal since ES&P began in 1975 has been, and continues to be, to provide high quality products and services that are affordable for small businesses, school districts, and individuals.

We are a family company operating from Oceanside, California. Until 1995, ES&P's primary business was providing career and vocational guidance products and other services to schools, both public and private.

Beginning in 1995, with two new partners we added customized computer applications and support services.

The Human Side of ES&P
The staff includes a family of four partners and spouses. Two are educators with over 40 years of experience at all levels of education from elementary classrooms to college classrooms including national research projects, counseling and guidance, career and vocational education, alternative education, and many years of experience in district level administration. All hold Bachelor Degrees in various subjects; two hold docorates, two hold MBA’s, two have degrees in accounting and computer information systems, and one is an attorney.
